Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Manager to lead our New York branch. As the Senior General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and growth of our academy in the New York area. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing a team of dedicated professionals, and ensuring the successful delivery of our programs and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the New York market.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of talented professionals, including instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of courses, programs, and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring the quality and relevance of our offerings.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and new market penetration, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, educational institutions, and partner organizations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of Quraneasy.com.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the education or online learning industry.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving organizational success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of the Quran and Islamic teachings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the New York market and educational landscape is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
