Dua Before Sleeping – What to say before sleeping

اَللّٰھُمَّ بِا سْمِکَ اَمُوْ تُ وَاَحْیٰی
Urdu Translation
سوتے وقت کی دُعا
اے اللہ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ میں تیرے نام سے مرتا (یعنی سوتا) ہوں اور جیتا (یعنی جاگتا) ہوں
O Allah (Almighty) I live and die in your name.
What Dua should I say before sleeping?
Translates to “In Your name my Lord I lie down, and in Your name I rise, so if You should take my soul then have mercy upon it, and if You should return my soul then protect it in the manner You do so with Your righteous slaves.
What surah do you read before sleeping?
According to our beloved prophet, Muhammad S.A. Sarah Al Mulk is to be recited before sleep .or in other words after namaz Isha it is best to recite surah Al-Mulk. Surah Mulk before sleep because that whoever reads ‘al-Mulk’ every night, Allah will protect him from the torment of the grave.
